The County of Waldo, which is located in the State of Maine, United States of America, was incorporated in 1827. It covers an area of 724 miles. It’s county seat is located in the City of Belfast. The County of Waldo is comprised of 25 towns and the city of Belfast. The towns are: Belmont, Brooks, Burnham, Frankfort, Freedom, Isleboro, Jackson, Knox, Liberty, Lincolnville, Monroe, Montville, Morrill, Northport, Palermo, Prospect, Searsmont, Searsport, Stockton Springs, Swanville, Thorndike, Troy, Unity Waldo and Winterport.
